Floyd's Intro

We found Floyd as a puppy (a large puppy being a Newfoundland mix) on Floyd Ave. At the time we already had 3 dogs, so we figured he would be better as a "shop" dog at one of the ranches. That lasted 1 day. We felt so guilty leaving him alone that we decided to bring him home. He is our gentle giant but beware, he is known to goose people.

Leo's Intro

We adopted Leo when he was 8-months-old. He is now 8-years old. 8-years of mischief, 8-years of countless vet visits, and 8-years of pure affection he loves to give hugs.

Shady's Intro

We adopted Shady (Lady at the time) when she was a year old. She is 10-years old now. She is our traveler, we take her with us on all our camping trips and the occasional house trip when she is allowed. Pine cones are probably her favorite, once she finds them she can play catch for hours. If you add a river, lake or ocean, she is in heaven.

Poohbear's Intro

No, it's not the angle she is just big. Pooh weighs in at 16lbs. She has been fat all of her life or as I like to call her pleasantly plump. Pooh was born on the farm 11 years ago. She has lived in both the city and country, but definitely prefers the country. Despite her size she is a great mouse hunter. She can sit outside for hours staring at the flower beds waiting to pounce.

Welcome

Welcome to our blog page! 2 years ago our family consisted of 3 dogs and a cat. Since then we have quickly added chickens, 2 horses, 3 fainting goats, and 2 mini pot bellied pigs. Needless to say, there is never a dull moment around the house. We hope our stories make you laugh as much as they have for us.
